TRAVELERS TREAD RV STEP COLORS
|
If you can't decide on colors, we suggest that you pick the dominant color AND an accent color on your rig's exterior. Use one color for the Step Cover and the other color for the Accent Stripes.

Julie, thank you so much for your assistance in helping me to choose the correct color. Your suggestion worked out much better than what I was thinking for colors, I appreciate the extra mile you went to help me out. Robert B. Fort Worth, TX |

The Accent Stripes, which are included, and Step Cover, are available in many colors. The Accent Stripes are just decorative and do not serve any other purpose, except maybe defining the edge of the step.

TRAVELERS TREAD RV Step Covers are available in many colors (Click Here to View) with contrasting or coordinating Accent Stripes available.
TRAVELERS TREAD RV STEP DIMENSIONS
|
Cover is 27" Long and 23" Wide, which fits most Motor Home steps. Larger or smaller sizes are available upon request for a nominal fee. Contact us with requirements and we will get back to you with prices and availability.
(Many owners of Park Models with steel steps have ordered custom-made covers.)
INSTALLATION OF STEP COVERS

Hey there, Thanks, these couldn't have been any easier to install.

The wrap-around Travelers Tread RV Step Cover rotates around the step, providing a new "top" at least three times, and can be installed in four easy steps.
1. Face the step. With one hand, hold Velcro end of the cover near front edge of the step.
2. With your other hand, wrap rest of the cover over the top, going towards rig, and underneath the step and pull it towards the front.
3. Wrap as much as needed for a tight fit, pulling firmly. Secure cover with the Velcro edge under front edge of step. (The amount of overlap will be greater for Fifth Wheels than it will be for Class A Motor homes.)
4. Place contrasting Accent Stripes close to the outer edges and secure underneath with Velcro edge. (The Accent Stripes are purely decorative and optional but they can define the edge of the step.)

I told your people I would write to you if they were hard to put on. I'm writing to you but just to let you know they look Great and even with a couple of Drinks they were really EASY to put on, they look Fantastic. Thanks from a Full timer |

NOTE: It is very important to put the Step Cover on VERY tight so it will not slip or roll when you step on it. Test for tightness by trying to move the wrapped cover from side to side. If it moves, even a little, it is NOT a tight fit. START OVER. I personally find it easier to install the step covers if I wrap the carpet around and put the Velcro edge just under the lip of the step. At that point, I sit on the step to hold everything in place and then I line up the Velcro edge with the other edge of the rug.
